Easy Sponge Cake

Ingredients:
​
4 eggs
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup ground sugar
1 tsp baking powder
​
Method:
-Beat egg and sugar until fluffy and of ribbon consistency
​
-fold (dont beat or stir, fold lightly and gently) sifted flour and baking powder in the egg and sugar mixture.
​
-bake at 170 degree C for about 20 mins.
​
Note: dont open oven before 20 mins.

Dumba Makhni Handii

First we have to cook our mutton in pressure cooker by adding 3 glass of water, salt, ginger garlic paste as per taste for 20 minutes.
Then we have to cut onions according to the quantity of meat.. for 1 kg mutton we have to chop 1 big size onion. In a pan add 1 tbsp of oil and add chopped onion and cook on medium flame until they become translucent.
Then add some mutton stalk and cook oinion in them for 3-4 minutes. Add 1 tbsp of cumin powder, 1tbsp of dried coriander seeds , 2 tbsp of white pepper powder and 2 tbsp of yogurt to it.
Mix this for 2-3 minutes then add the boiled mutton to this gravy and add half cup of creamed milk in it.
Cook it for 15 minutes till oil comes out. Add sliced lemon, ginger and green chillies to garnish.
